At Rivariya, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every blouse is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible.
Size Exchange
We offer Free Size Exchange for eligible products.
To request an exchange, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or washed products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Refunds
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
